Where to begin, hmmmm. Well I've lived in Northern Kentucky my whole life. Except for that time I went to Eastern Kentucky University from 2011-2014. I was a French major and Political Science minor. While in the program I was able to study abroad in Paris for five weeks (I highly recommend an extended stay there). I now am a student of the Master of Public Administration program at NKU.
Job-wise I have worked at the Highland Heights Skyline (right next to NKU) since March 2009 when I was 16 years old(!). I work there part time now with my new job. I had a brief stint as a sales associate at the Kohl's in Richmond. I was a seasonal worker in the Home & Kids department. I then became an EKU Guru shortly after I left Kohl's. This position is one of a kind nationwide. I helped students with homework, helped run a computer lab, fixed office machines, answered any questions students had about the university, and so much more. After I graduated the hunt was on for a new job, and luckily I was able to find one. I am now the graduate student assistant to the Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Organizational Leadership.
Interest-wise I love classics, movies, literature, art, etc. I'm an old soul I guess. Netflix and Hulu take up a lot of my time, along with reading my textbooks, obviously. I have played a variety of sports including soccer, bowling, golf, and volleyball. Favorite movies include Singin' in the Rain, Cloud Atlas, (500) Days of Summer, Big Fish, the Shrek series, and the Descendants. Favorite books include Atonement, Cloud Atlas (again), Animal Farm, the Wicked Series, the Game of Thrones series, A Tale of Two Cities, and some more I'm forgetting about. I won't even start on T.V. shows, there are way too many to count.
And that's my brief history of me. :D
